Your privacy
This app does not retain your health information and does not use it to train
any AI. What you enter is processed only to build your history during the session;
when the session ends, that conversation data is deleted. You receive a downloadable
PDF report to share with your clinicians, and the signed-in account holder is emailed
a copy of the summary when it is ready. Processing takes place only in Australia
and the USA.
Why medical history matters
Doctors have known for centuries that getting the medical history correct is
by far the most important aspect of getting the diagnosis correct. Wrong
diagnosis causing significant harm occurs in about 1 in every 6 clinical encounters.
This app was built by doctors because we know that sometimes we miss important
aspects of your health story — because we don't take enough time to listen
carefully, and sometimes simply because humans are fallible.
Here you can be guided through the health problem you have at your own pace,
in your own time. We are deeply concerned with prejudices and biases in human
healthcare systems, and have designed this guide to minimise those biases as
completely as possible.
Built by doctors and rigorously tested for usefulness, this app helps you and
your doctor get to the right answers faster by ensuring that nothing important
is overlooked. We hope you find it useful — and we welcome any feedback to help
us make it better.
Cost
This app is run at cost only — to cover the AI token usage that powers
each conversation, plus Google translation and speech recognition when
you use another language or the microphone.
Patient links (clinics)
Create a one-time link for a patient. It expires after 1 week. AI usage on the link
is billed to your token pack. When they finish, the history PDF is emailed to you
and they can download it too.
